Orange!!!
Samantha was sitting in high chair when my mom, dad, and Lacy went out for lunch. My mom's plate was garnished with an orange and Samantha kept eyeing it so we let her have a taste.
This is her first "myspace" pic (you know, the one where you hold the camera yourself) She wasn't actually holding it, she just wants anything you have and, in this case, it was the camera.
Still has that double chin :)
And of course I had to put up a new picture of Grammy and Sammy Kay. Samantha is such a turd...she is a perfect angel for my mom while I'm at school, but during the day when I'm home with her, she's a little trouble-maker. I mean, look at that face, you can just see the mischeviousness.

Big Head Buddy
Samantha had her head ultrasound today (she had to get one because her doctor was concerned that her head is especially large). Everything went well and her head was covered in goop. The radiologist said there was nothing to worry about, she just has a big head. So I decided to put a hat on her that I thought would be way to big and it barely fit!
She also had some fun today in her Rainforest Jumperoo that she got for Christmas.

Sam Kay's first New Years!!
Well last night was Samantha's first New Years Eve and, of course, she didn't make it till midnight. We all had fun though hanging out with our friends, but I guess now that Sam and I are parents we're lightweights and went to bed at 12:15. This blog stuff is new to me so I'm sure I suck at it. Anyway, on all of our minds right now is the big move back home to El Paso. I'm going back to school for the semester and I'm getting really bummed about leaving Sam, but I'm really excited to be going home. I just hope I don't wimp out and leave mid semester because I'll miss Sam so much. We have this odd mentality about it, that I'm just "deploying to the desert."
