Hamming it up for the camera today. Poor baby had no idea that she was going to get her shots today. She had her 6 month well baby appt. today. She weighed 21 lbs. 6 oz. and she's 28 inches long. She sat on the bed at the doc's the whole time ripping at the paper and eating it. Then she took the tounge dpressor and ate that for a little while too. Her shots weren't so bad this time because the room was filled with Disney stuff, there was even Buzz Lightyear flying aroung the room. She thought that was pretty fun.

Trying to work on her "tummy time". I realy wish she'd attempt to crawl, but no such luck..yet.

I'm pretty sure I should've flipped the image before loading it into blogger, but I forgot. Anyway, Kassandra was asking me if I had bought Samantha some flip flops yet, I said no and she told me she had a Build-A-Bear that had flip flops...so we put them on samantha.......

Samantha is getting pretty good at holding her cup. She loves water, but this time I put apple juice in her cup and it took some getting used to. After this video she was a sticky mess.

6 months old!!!

Samantha turned 6 months old on February 17th. She's growing up too fast. My sister, Kassandra, went to a little kid's birthday party and brought back a candy bag. Samantha spotted the lollipop and she kept eyeing it so I felt bad and gave it to her. She really really liked it.

Valentines Day

It's Valentines Day! After Samantha's bath tonight I found some red ribbon, tied it around her head and took a ton of pictures. I also just figured out how to put video from my camera on my computer. I know, I'm slow :( So I thought I'd post my first video! We've all been home sick with the flu. It was so sad, two days ago I took Samantha to the hospital because she had a 102 fever and it wouldn't go down. So the lab tech took a bunch of snot to test for RSV and flu, turns out she has the flu. They also had to draw blood and I can't stand to see that, let alone see my daughter go trough pain, so I had my Dad hold her arms. I wanted to cry. I think we're all on the road to recovery so yay! Oh and Happy Valentines Day Dada!! We miss you!!
