Dada's Crazy Ideas

Sam put his swimming goggles on her.


Samantha is soooo going to mad at us later. Me for posting it on the internet and Sam for thinking it was funny to put goggles on her.



Ok....I guess she looks cute :)



Sam decided to "decorate" our child.

Another bright idea.... a paper bag vest!


Sam decided to cut out a paper vest for Samantha. I think she looks hilarious. It reminds of when I was in kindergarten and we cut out paper bag vests for Thanksgiving because we were pretending to be indians

Grammy bought Samantha this swimsuit. Yesterday Lacy and I picked up a pool so we could hang out with Samantha in it.





This is the hat Parker sent Samantha.

Samantha loves the little bookshelf we have at home. I mix her books up in between ours and she always goes to the shelf and picks out her books.

On shaky ground

So yesterday around 7pm there was an earthquake. I was on the phone with my mom and Samantha was standing next to the recliner where I was sitting. It was a 3.9 and the epicenter was a few miles from our house. It was the weirdest feeling to have the ground moving beneath you. Ironically, today was the first day Samantha was consistently standing on her own. She would just stand in the middle of the floor and eat crackers and drink from her cup. At this moment she's eating crayons.
